Preserve what matters.
Collect evidence. Rebuild the timeline. Prepare your report.
Hope Evidence Vault turns scattered screenshots, messages, documents and recordings into an organized, verifiable evidence base: originals preserved unchanged, every event in its place, every claim linked to its source.
How it works
Four steps take you from a single screenshot to a structured case file.
Save
Photograph a document, record audio or video, upload a file, or share a screenshot straight from another app.
Organize
Materials are grouped into cases and events, with cards for the people, organizations and accounts involved.
Build the timeline
Every event takes its place in a chronological history you can filter by person, account or category.
Prepare a report
Export a structured report and a complete evidence package, with a register of materials and their checksums.
Features
What is being built for people documenting threats, harassment, discrimination, workplace conflicts and other events that may one day need to be shown, in full, to someone else.
Cases
Each matter gets its own archive: its own events, documents, participant cards and timeline. Materials from different cases never mix, and one item can be linked to several cases when it belongs to each.
Evidence with integrity
Every file receives a unique number, such as EV-2026-000125, and a SHA-256 checksum, so it can always be checked whether the file changed after it was saved. Originals are stored unchanged; recognized text and translations are kept separately.
People & accounts
Cards for people, organizations and online accounts hold what is known about them, where each fact came from, and how reliable it is: confirmed, stated by the user, or an assumption. Linked accounts are always shown as an assumption, with its basis.
Timeline
Three dates are recorded for everything and never merged: the date of the event, the date the original material was created, and the date it was added to the archive.
Reports & lawyer package
Structured reports and a full evidence package: report, timeline, original files and a register listing every material with its number and checksum, ready for a lawyer's own legal assessment.
Works offline
You will be able to capture documents, record audio and create events without a connection, in encrypted local storage. Materials will sync to your protected archive when you are back online, if you allow syncing.
Security & privacy
An evidence archive can hold information whose disclosure could harm its owner. The platform is designed around that fact.
How your materials are protected
- Data will be encrypted in transit and at rest
- Original evidence will be stored separately from processed versions
- The integrity of every file will be verifiable by its checksum at any time
- Access will be controlled by your account; sharing is granted by you, per item
Clear limits, stated openly
- The platform works only with materials you save yourself
- It does not search for private personal data or identify people from photographs
- Categories, links and conclusions are always labeled by their source
- Materials are sent to AI services only with a clear notice and your permission

Questions
Is Hope Evidence Vault available now?
The platform is in development. This page presents the product design and the first version now being built: accounts, cases, evidence preservation with checksums, events, people and account cards, timeline and basic export.
Does the app change my original files?
No. Originals are preserved exactly as saved. Recognized text, translations and processed versions are stored as separate copies, and the checksum lets you verify the original at any time.
Does Hope Evidence Vault replace a lawyer?
No. It prepares organized materials that a lawyer can assess. It does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any material will be admitted in a specific proceeding.
Which languages will it speak?
The interface speaks English, Russian, Spanish and Ukrainian. Translation of evidence works independently of the interface language.
What if I stop paying?
You keep the ability to export your own original materials in full. Your evidence is yours.
