Data Retention & Deletion Policy

While your account is active

Your materials are kept for as long as your account exists or until you delete them. Action history for a material is kept with that material.

Deleting a material or a case

Deletion removes the item from your archive and from active storage. Copies inside encrypted backups are removed when those backups rotate, within 30 days.

Deleting your account

Account deletion removes your account data and all your content from active storage, and from backups within 30 days, except records the service must keep by law (for example, payment records), which are kept only for the legally required period and never used for any other purpose.

After a paid plan ends

Your archive remains readable and fully exportable. Paid features stop; your originals do not.

Exports

A full export includes the original files, the evidence register with EV numbers and SHA-256 checksums, the timeline and your reports, so your archive stays verifiable outside the service.
